In the body of the quote email and in the quote itself, you would have (should have) informed your potentiol customer that they can submit their Customer Take-On form as confirmaiton that the quote has been approved.

Upon reciept of the Customer Take-On form the VMG Accounts Dept will
- Notify you
- Add the client into Automan
- Prepare and send the upfront invoice to your client
- Confirm that payment for the invoice has been recieved
Once payment has been recieved, the next steps of the VMG Customer Take-On process are activated.
From here you will move into the welcome email and begin your user expectation journey.
