achieved and are responsible for building company cash flows. Frontline are the most senior support
team members we have in VMG and are able to perform most support tasks onsite.
Support Department #
Responsible for making sure our users love VMG. Knowledgeable on all things VMG our support team is
able to solve almost any support call in less than 60 seconds. We place the highest value in our user
support and are famous for our service delivery to our users.
Add on Products Department #
Handles CRM, Website Development, Webmaster (Feeds), Mobile and Docstore. Handles back channel
communications with 3rd party role players such as cars.co.za and helps make all the moving parts in this
department run smoothly.
Back End Development #
This team helps manage VMG DMS development requirements and also create all the necessary web
services that integrate VMG products to 3rd party and internal applications. They help make sure that
every product runs smoothly when speaking to other products.
Website Development #
Handle day to day website development and maintenance for clients. They also manage the front end
development for Best Price, Blue Chip Dealers, The Car Place and NuWeb.
Web Applications Development #
Manage web driven applications where data is stored and retrieved online. Cover products such as
VMGOS and Best Price.
Mobile App Development #
Responsible for all products used on mobile devices.
Dev Ops #
Responsible for ensuring that all system architecture and server infrastructure and deployment works
smoothly. There are many moving parts in the VMG eco-system. Devops makes sure it is safe and sound.
Human Resources Department #
Ensures we are all paid on time, accurately and that we get our pay slips. Manages leave requests and is
there to assist in all your human resource requirements. Even if you just need to chat. HR is there to
help you.
Accounts Department #
Handles monthly invoicing to all clients, processes day to day bookkeeping and helps make sure all our
admin processes are under a constant state of improvement wherever possible.
