Professional, prompt, and courteous service is the cornerstone of VMG’s reputation.
When a client calls us they do so because they have a problem in the moment, and we have an
opportunity to help them solve it.
At all times, we endeavour to overcome the problem during the first phone call, and we try to solve it in
sixty seconds or less.
If the problem cannot be solved over the phone, all other agendas stop until the solution is delivered to
the client, preferably within the hour.
Applying this method allows VMG to avoid service backlogs, customer complaints. It also builds a sense
of confidence in the client because they will always feel as though we have their best interests at heart.
Just remember that they are either going to tell their friends in the trade how amazing and wonderful
we are, or they are not. VMG strives to be remembered as the guys that are always there to help no
